Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Vision TV ("we", "us") processes, why, who we share it with, and what rights you have. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU/EEA customers, and apply the same standard to everyone we serve.

1. Data controller

The data controller for your information is:

[Full legal company name, registration number, registered address] — this must be filled in here and in the Terms of Service before this page goes live. A privacy policy without a clearly identified controller does not meet GDPR requirements.

For questions about this policy, contact us at support@visiontv.bg.

3. Legal basis and purposes

4. Cookies

The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function (such as remembering your language choice), plus optional analytics cookies if enabled. On your first visit you can choose which non-essential cookies to allow.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with processors who help us deliver the service:

All processors are contractually bound to protect your data.

6. International transfers

Some of the providers listed above (such as Stripe and Meta) may process data outside the European Economic Area, or outside your own country if you're located elsewhere. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards apply, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above — typically for the duration of our contractual and accounting obligations — after which we delete or anonymise it, unless the law requires a longer period.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

To exercise these rights, email support@visiontv.bg. If you're in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your own member state. If you're in the UK, this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access. No system is completely secure, so please keep your login details safe.

10. Children

The service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we've received a child's data without parental consent, contact us so we can delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes, we'll publish the new version on this page with an updated date.

NoteThis document is a general template based on common GDPR principles and does not replace legal advice. Have it — and in particular the company details above — reviewed by a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction before publishing.
