What devices does Vision TV work on?
On Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Android TV), Android TV boxes, Fire TV Stick, Apple TV, Android or iOS phones and tablets, and on Windows or macOS computers. If your device isn't on this list, just ask us – there's most likely a way to make it work.
What internet speed do I need?
For HD, around 15–20 Mbps is enough. For Full HD we recommend 25 Mbps, and for 4K, 40 Mbps or more. On a slower connection the app automatically lowers the quality so playback doesn't stop.
How many devices can I use at the same time?
One subscription can be installed on several devices, but only one of them can be watching at any given moment. If you want to watch on two TVs at the same time, choose the annual 2-screen plan for €89.00 – it also includes 2 months free. For more than two screens, just message us and we'll add an extra screen for a small additional fee.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The trial lasts 24 hours and includes every channel, the archive, and the on-demand library – exactly what you'd get with a paid subscription. Request it via WhatsApp or Messenger.
How can I pay?
By card, bank transfer, or Revolut. Once payment is confirmed, we activate your subscription within 10 minutes and send you your login details.
What happens if I have trouble watching?
Message us on WhatsApp, Messenger or email, any time. We usually reply within an hour, and within three hours at busier times. We also help with your initial device setup.
Can I cancel if I'm not happy?
There's no contract and no penalties. Your subscription simply expires at the end of the term you chose. The conditions for refunds are set out in our refund policy.
